United States v. Roger Duronio, USDOJ, New Jersey. Provided support to the government’s forensic expert by performing reverse engineering and malicious software analysis.

United States v. Sami Omar Al-Hussayen, USDOJ, District of Idaho. Retained as expert; performed computer forensic analysis, submitted expert report, and testified as an expert witness.

United States v. James Treffinger, USDOJ, District of New Jersey. Retained as expert; performed forensic analysis.

United States v. McGowen and Segreti, USDOJ, Southern District of New York. Retained as expert; performed forensic analysis.

United States v. Triumph Capital, USDOJ, District of Connecticut. Provided computer forensic training overview for the prosecutors and performed an informal review of defense expert’s affidavit.

United States v. Vasily Gorshkov, USDOJ, Western District of Washington.  Retained as computer forensics and computer intrusion expert.  Participated in Federal Bureau of Investigation undercover operation and created the first “honeynet” successfully used in a Federal prosecution.  Performed intrusion and computer forensic analysis. Testified as an expert witness.

United States v. Alexey Ivanov, USDOJ, District of Connecticut. Provided intrusion and computer forensic analysis. Directly participated in proffer sessions, and performed computer forensic analysis of data resulting from the first court-approved cross-border international seizure of data stored on a foreign computer system.

United States v. Markus Lukawinsky, USDOJ, District of Connecticut. Participated in the initial intrusion response, provided intrusion and forensic analysis and associated reports; submitted affidavit for sentencing hearing.
